Fire dept taping off Burke cnt pkwy. Why?

The fire dept and police are taping off Burke center parkway right near the intersection where Terra centre and the walmart are.

Anyone know why? There's 1 ambulance but no evidence of an accident or anything.

This is happening right now. (Friday Jan 22, 3:30pm)

Came through the intersection at 4:00 - wondering the same thing.

There was a HUGE gas leak there. 3 Fire Departments came. They evacuated the elementary school next to it. No one died.
