Conservancy: You live in a glass house

Since I don't want to become a target of ARB nazis, I think it's a good idea to address conservancy in public, anonymous forums like this.

We seems to have a new landscape company. Again, we loose the working knowledge we had in years past and fail to have various common areas on the schedule to be mowed. Also, is it natures way to leave fallen trees in common areas? Ugh, just paid another conservancy fee so I can continue to live in clueless BC. It seems we pay more the further we dumb down.
