Air drone over burke, primarily VRE cnt., Zion rd and it keeps circleibg for several hours, 10-2am?

There is a small Sesna plane that flies a pattern regularly around Burke. there lots of info about it online. apparently it is registered to the g-men. Not sure what the purpose is but I assume surveillance.
