I'm surprised that realtors in the Burke Spingfield area don't report Bruce & Tonya and DD that illegally post their signs Tuesday through Friday along the roads and intersections in Burke and Springfield. They constantly have 70 to 100 illegal signs posted and rarely are fined by VDOT who is responsible to enforcing the law.
Realtors that make millions each year and then pollute their community by posting illegal signs, which only add to the sign pollution problem, should be avoided, consider responsible realtors that respect your community when you list your home for sale.
Realtors who obey the law should file complaints to NVAR and hire an attorney to file a CLASS ACTION SUIT against these realtors as they are projecting they are the only game in town by illegally advertising their name all over the counties.

I'm not a realtor…but it is a known fact that these two post signs all over the place advertising houses listed…that aren't really listed. It's propaganda.

I just turn their signs around when they put one in my yard. One of my neighbors spent a week trying to figure out which house was for sale.
I've only seen one of their showings. Terrible job, didn't tell the homeowner to fix missing flooring or bury the drainage pipe in the yard (or at least hide it during the open house). This was for a $600K plus listing. I'm not sure why anyone would use them, from what I've seen Long & Foster kind of has the local market wrapped up anyway.
