commotion in Cherry Run on 5/16/13

Did anybody hear any noise around 3am this morning in the Cherry Run neighborhood? I heard people talking/raised voices, but didn't see police or ambulances. I don't know if someone was having a panic attack?

Further investigation has shown it was, in fact, people talking to each other. It is believed that the talking was a form of communication. Fuckwit.
