Has anybody heard of any recent Skunkape sightings? Last one I heard of was 2 years ago when they sighted him near Lake Braddock Secondary School. He has been known to go off the grid from time to time.

That was me trying to push out a Chipotle Burrito in the grass. Hot sauce and corn, not a good combo for me.

For real though, do you know of any articles written about a Skunkape up here? I've only heard about stories of them in the Everglades.

Where near Roberts Road was that picture taken... Looks like Africa. But yeah that is a still from a video of the "Bigfoot" or whatever people call him that was seen in FL.

And for all you skeptics, scientist are discovering new creatures every day, we are even finding things that were once thought to be extinct. So the idea of a gorilla still living out in the wildest of the wild in North America does not surprise me. Go do a little reasearch about the animals that did live here not too long ago and see how many are gorilla's and other less evolved creatures.

Not sure if I can attach any photos to this message, but today I took some shots of barefoot tracks in the middle of a wildlife management area that were interesting. They were obviously a child, human or otherwise, but they did not stride like humans do. They were in a line like the walker was on a tight rope, walking down the middle of a sandy road. In fact they exaggerated that such that the left foot often stepped to the right of the midline and the right stepped to the left. I don't know of any humans that walk that way, but this characteristic stride is mentioned often in Bigfoot footprint sightings. There were no evident parental footprints with the child's impressions. There have been sightings in the area listed on BFROs website. This WMA is not very often visited except when they open it for hunting several weekends a year. Last weekend was one of those weekends. The tracks were almost certainly made since the weekend because tire tracks would have covered the impressions. They continued for several hundred yards never breaking the tightrope pattern. So either a human child was walking very oddly, barefoot and alone, down a sandy road in a secluded forest or some other species of child was.
