Burke Center Pkwy McDonalds

What is going on with the Burke Center Parkway McDonalds? They never seem to get my order right, they are always running out of stuff, the other week they ran out of Coke WTF!, and last night it took almost 20 minutes to get through the drive thru with only 4 vehicles!

Seems like they get really overwhelmed so quickly.

One more rant, who's f'n idea was having to drive thru entrances? I'm surprised there are not all out wars having it like this.

Call corporate and maybe they'd investigate and make appropriate improvements. I've never really had any problems at that McDonalds and can at least appreciate that it's in a nicer setting than most McDonald's around here. I will say they skimp on their fries and yogurts. You get bigger portions at other McDonalds.

In my opinion the only McDonald's worth a shit is the one at Kings Park SC at the corner of Rolling and Burke Lake Rd. The rest in the area are complete clusterfucks including the one at OKM and Lee Chapel. I've got nothing against Indians but who the fuck would hire one to cook beef?!?

They are so slow. I agree with King, Kings Park is the best. The one on Jermantown Road by Kmart is also a cluster-fuck

The McDonald's at Rolling Road and Burke Lake Road is awful. The french fries are ALWAYS cold and the service is slow. I recently had to wait ten minutesin the "we're too incompetent to fill your order so go park over there" spot because they had no cheeseburgers! No McDonald's anywhere/anytime should run out of cheeseburgers!

The only reason that McDonald's is so well handled is because most of the time Joel is running the show!

The worst McDonalds by far is the one off of Lee Chapel and Old Keene Mill Rd. In the 25+ years that I have lived here, the restaurant at this location has YET to get my order right. I only go there once a year with hopes that they obtain employees that can complete a simple order, but of course that always turns out to be a big mistake. Something as simple as "Angus Bacon and Cheese Burger" came out of the window as a "Angus Swiss and Mushroom Burger." Seriously? /sigh

It's only been a McDonalds for probably 15 years. Used to be a Roy Rogers (yummmm) before that.

I worked there (at Roy's) in HS. Best month of my life: all the roast beef (fresh off the slicer!) and pickle chips I could eat (right out of the walk-in). I still jones for their chocolate shakes. And the Double-R-Bar burger? Mmmmmmm.

Hi , tonight 01/05/2012 around 9:00pm , I went to McDonalds at Burke center pkwy , I order large fried and Mc snack wrap but after that I got medium with very white fried , I asked to change for me another fried which is well done , But the seller is spainish she didn't change for me and said they just cook and set up the time like that . Some thing wrong with the people work at this shift and McDonald today , they did'nt and don't know how to respect customer compare to Mcdonald some years ago . Mcdonald before when you buy fried they alway put some ketchup inside , today you have to ask , and before if you don't like the food they very happy to change for customer , but today they don't .One day they will close all their store if another fast food they service good than them.

Joel may be the only white guy working at a McDonalds in Northern Virginia. I would really like to know his story. How did he come to be a McDonalds employee? He has a great voice and really connects with customers.

Is he a performance artist? Someone find out!
