Hunan East vs. Hunan West

Which does everyone think is better, and why? My family used to get Hunan East all the time and it was phenomenal, but that was at least 8 years ago. Trying to decide which one to go to tonight.

I've always enjoyed East.

Years ago West had health department issues. Not sure about now.
