I went to school with Ron Renzi in the 70s. Also with his brother Rob. Ron was plain and simple a bully!!!!!!!! Hi Brother was a wanna be Hollywood Casanova type!!!!!!

There must be thousands of them in the area...I graduated same year as Ricky but have met dozens of others at local bars and parties.,
Also met some of his former staffers who had funny corruption stories..

I actually got nothing cool to tell. I was drinking at the Clifton Pub a few years ago and was pretty shitty but bumped into an old friend of mine who had gone to LakeBraddock while I was at Robinson. Friend was with a couple other guys who were dressed in suits at the bar around 8pm which I thought was weird.
My friend introduced me to the suits and I asked if they worked on the Hill as I had spent a few years up thereafter college and realized its the only place you still rock suits all the time for work. They confirmed that they did work up there and after I asked who they work for one guy tells me Rick Renzi...
I was prob 25 at the time and suits were prob my age or a few years older but I had previously worked in politics so I knew exactly who daddy Rick Renzi was aside from the fact that many of my friends at LB were close with Ricky.
I burst out laughing when they said they worked for Renzi bc all the corruption charges were flying around at that time and it was clear that he was done politically. They looked offended that I would laugh so I recognized the situation and apologized and asked about the charges and the future yada yada yada. They proceed to tell me (without any prying)that Renzi was cool as shit and knew he was going down and bc of that he was blowing through the budget and hooking all the staffers up with ridic salaries and bonuses and just basically going out with both of his corrupt middle fingers up in the air.
No idea if they were lying but seems to match homie's MO.
Greedy ass demagogues should be beheaded publicly IMO so sorry if the disgraced former congressman is your dad ArizonaRon but scumbags reap what they sow.
Note: in a weird twist, just a week or two later I stopped by a house in clifton with a friend of mine to blaze...and I brought up the pub story and the piece of shit Renzi blah blah blah and this random chick who is there freaks out and almost smacks me..... turns out to be daughter of the disHonorable elder Renzi.
