Police cars and trucks all over 644 this AM, WTF?

This AM abt 9 am dozens of cop cars and large trucks ??! With thousands on blue lights flashin’, on 644 near small mixing bowl strip malls, WTF?

Were they driving in processional form?
Could it have been a funeral for a cop?
