Sangster departures

There are a ton of teachers and staff leaving Sangster this year... anybody have any insights?

I don't know about Sangster in particular, but this is what several teachers have told me: Reached the age where they qualify for retirement. Salary increases have stopped. Working conditions at their present schools are deteriorating. They are still young enough that they can work elsewhere.

Sangster did not have a single retiree. Many are moving to different schools. There is a reason for the departures.

Approximately 25% of the staff have left. There is not that much "dead wood" in any school. Check community response soon
