Who is the homeless looking man called Tom who practically lives at the Huntsman Starbucks and Giant? He seems to fit the definition of loitering but I see him all the time. Creepy.

He's been hanging out there for years, always minds his own business. He's not loitering because he makes purchases from the establishments in the center. Mind your own business, I'm sure your life is a complete mess anyway.

haven't seen him there in a while. I guess the anti smoking near the starbucks policy has deterred him. I know I've seen him near hooes rd (i think) near the entrance to Lake Mercer. Either way he minds his own business.
