PASTEL GREEN TOYOTA PRIUS W/ BLACKED WINDOWS- FOLLOWING ME.

Does anyone know the punk guy who drives a nasty easter egg pastel green color Prius with entirely blacked out windows? I saw him a few times last week, sort of a hard car to miss, and then yesterday I watched him from my office window stop at my car and crawl UNDER my car, pull something off, and speed away in his ugly little pansy eco friendly car. Assuming he is some sort of PI, but the person I immediately thought hired him is denying up and down having any involvement.

Anyone know who this guy is? It's hard to miss. Pastel green with BLACKED out windows. I want to talk to him to find out WHO sent him to track me. Creeper.......

I work in Lorton, in the warehouses off Newington. This is the general area I've seen him at. He literally pulled up to my car RIGHT in front of my office window. I watched him. If he is in fact a PI, he should invest in a more incognito work vehicle.
