2 Guy with Shotguns by Papermoon

I saw 2 white males with Shotguns walking Bland Street. One with a black NRA hat, the other with long hair. They must have been in their 20's, seems like they were trying to make a statement... Anyone else see them? It was very busy on that road and the cops dispatcher said somebody else had called in the incident as well. Wonder if they had plans to use their firearm.
