Do not use this company for plumbing services. The work they do appears to be fine but the customer service is horrible. They charge outrageous rates and when you call to discuss the issue they will not let you talk to the manager. I asked to speak to someone else and I was told that I already did, that someone else was the girl that answers the phones who transferred me. I told the manager I was speaking to that I was not happy with the way he was handling the problem and he told me that there was no one else to talk to. They ask you to write reviews for them as soon as they step foot in your house with the promise of not charging the after hours rate. They specifically bad mouth Michael and Son's and tell you how much more those guys would have charged, maybe that one company would charge more but FH Furr and My Plumber said the Acclaimed Services price was outrageous.

You must be new to NoVA. Retailers (including plumbers) don't give a shit about their customers or performing quality work. They charge several times what other retailers do outside of this area and usually perform substandard work.

This is one of literally hundreds of reasons I hate this area.
