Hotel Fire

Anybody know what the deal is w/ the hotel (under construction) that burned down last summer on RT. 1, next to the Virginia Lodge? Was it arson, are they going to re-build (doubt it in this economy)? The burned out shell and fencing just look like shit, not really helping the revitalization of the RT. 1 corridor.

Seeing as how nobody answered, it was a construction worker that thought his cigarette went out but it was still lit.
