aNYONE KNOW WHAT HAPPENED ON sAT NIGHT BETWEEN 8 AND 9 pm ON rt 7, Great Falls before you get to /colvin Mills westbound?

I could not get home, had to turn around and go all the way around to Vienna back roads Sat night.
