Join Fairfax County’s Independent Living Project, a free seminar series along with exercise classes for strength and balance that help older adults remain independent. The program also offers professional home safety reviews. The next series is scheduled on Thursdays, September 12-October 17, 10:00 a.m.-12:00 noon (September 26 from 9:00-11:00 a.m.) at the Great Falls Library, 9830 Georgetown Pike, Great Falls.
