does anyone know what happened to the bp on old dominion drive next to chesterbrook plaza. i heard the owner, who i think is named sonny, was arrested for drugs??

No he was arrested for selling cigarettes to minors. Hed gotten his tobacco license taken away a couple times already for the same thing, i guess he just got in more trouble this time...

You need a license to sell tobacco?

Isn't it a plant, and can be grown almost anywhere?
