Creepy guy in military fatigues

Has anyone seen the creepy guy with a long goatee and military garb that walks around the South Lakes area of Reston?

Nice comeback, Ecoli. May I recommend "Shift + a letter"? I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.

As soon as someone mentioned Villa Ridge (where I used to live) I realized who you were talking about.
I never thought he was creepy, just a guy who looked different from most people in the area. He minds his own business, and possibly may be a veteran.
He does stand out though. Apparently individualism disturbs some of the local yuppies.

Is this the guy?

If so, it's Dave Hughes. He runs a website covering local TV and radio.

Yeah, I think that is him in the video. I see him sometimes after school when I'm not at practice and making my usual Starbucks run. He's not that creepy to me, though. I think he's a Marine Corps veteran (he wears a USMC t-shirt sometimes, and he carries himself similarly to my grandpa and his Marine friends) who just walks around to stay in shape or something. It even seems like he'd be a nice guy if you talked to him for a bit.

Man leave the guy alone, I have seen him and did not think twice about the way he looks. He was in the USMC and thats the reason he is a bit different. How do I know, I was in the USMC too and I also am a bit different. I get strange looks from the people where I live Herndon.....I really am not intrested in their lives and their little parties that go on in the summer.
I dress partly the same as this guy because thats my choice....I do not fit the mold of yuppieville so I must be a creep too......Well thats fine by me and I am sure that the other guy could give s shit less what you think of him.Go live your life and quit letting fear of the things you dont understand run life.................Nuff Said

Except you served...where as, he did not. So, he shouldn't be wearing military garb like he earned the right. Big difference.

It does sound like Dave Hughes. And for the record, he's a standup guy. He comes across a bit eccentric, but that's just who he is. He has an internet blog that covers DC area media (radio, tv, print) news and gossip. He definitely has an insider's knowledge what's going on in the media.

He's not a stand up guy. He's a slimy webmaster for a gossip site who has people believe he is some guy in the know. He is as unethical as they come, and believe me when I tell you....He's not as honest as he makes himself out to be. Trust me on that one.

Hey ConcernedRestonite get a fucking life. Why do you feel the need to call people out that you see on the street? Just about everyone walking around is a decent human. If you are curious about someone walk up and say hello. You meet some pretty neat people doing that. But I figure you are one of those people that thinks everyone is a murderer. Get out of your hole and enjoy your life. Unless they guy you run into is a murder. Then too bad. So sad.
