South Lakes plaza soft mugging

For the second night in a row my roommate tells me he was approached by two guys, both times in evening, telling him they are stranded and need cash. They approach strategically from both sides as you put groceries in your car. Both times they start off friendly but tension escalates quickly. Last time he had to take out baseball bat from back seat at which point they bounced.

He has a strong suspicion that this crew comes here from DC. Both are black.

WHO CARRIES CASH AROUND THESE DAYS, ESPECIALLY IN THE wash dc METRO AREA. EVERYTHING NOW IS DIGITAL. THESE ARE PROBABLY THUGS BROUGHT ACROSS THE BORDER BY FAKE PRES BIDEN
