Red Lights Sunset Hills (Reston)

Am I the only one pissed off at the timing of red lights on Sunset Hills. The worst is in the morning when you are coming from Target going East on Sunset Hills and you get stuck at RestonPkwy. And you sit there forever! And then when finally get going you get stuck at that the light at 7-11 while 2 cars turn onto Sunset Hills from that back street that has nothing on it.

Come to think of it, this whole area is backyards when it comes to timing of lights.
