Redevelopment plans for Thoreau Place senior condo building?

We have heard there may possibly be redevelopment plans for Thoreau Place condominiums in Reston. It's a great location, and we would like to know more.

It's currently a building for senior citizens, and major repairs are currently proposed, but the RESTONIAN community blog had a very informative comment about the problems there, following a post on October 17, 2014 on Reston redevelopment.

If anyone has any further information about this, please post it here, and also on the RESTONIAN blog.
