Reston Association fees

Hey Everyone

Does anyone know of where to live in Reston where we don't need to pay the Reston association fees?

My husband and I have been living off of Southlakes for the last 6 years and seriously want to get out of here but we do like Reston.

Yes, move to Herndon, on the border of Reston, cross the border liberally. Viola! No RA fees.

Try the Deepwood neighborhood, over on Glade Drive. Separate from Reston Association, but is part of the NRP. Beautiful town-house neighborhood. Some of the neighbors tend to be weird but definitely worth checking out.
