Looking for info on Dr. Cho

Dr Cho a sleep Dr who works out of a building at Reston hospitol gives out prescription to patients who do NOT need the medications that Dr Cho is prescribing, who does this get reported to? Dr Cho admitted to prescribing medication to patients that do no have symptoms for what meds that Dr is giving out. the elderly person being abused by Dr Cho's medications does not want or need to be on those medications

Dr Cho said he got Robert DeLuca's dad on medications that are not intended for someone as healthy as the 90 year old man, Dr Cho daid Robert DeLuca is having him experiment on Vincent DeLuca with medication that is intended for people with Alzeimers which Vincent DeLuca does not have.
Robert DeLuca's sister Mary Ellen Mccormack has also told lies about her own dad(Vincent DeLuca) saying he was burning things in his condo so Dr's would get him on invapacitating medications, help is needed for this great man.
Loudoun Sheriffs said to oress charges against Robert DeLuca in this case, but info on Dr Cho is wanted as to make sure he stops prescribing medications that are NOT needed!

Dr Cho said he got that 90 year old man on medications that are going to incapacitate him only because Robert DeLuca and Mary Ellen Mccormack ask Dr Cho to do so, that is the worst thing on here, imagine they are doing that to their own father, they should get the death penalty,

Robert DeLuca's other sister Ro slit both her wrists drand alcohol and took pills she was foaming at the mouth when found.
It turns out Robert DeLuca blocked emails that were sent to get his sister Ro help, but since Robert replied in email to all of ro's family and friends that she did not need help she ended up trying to commit suicide, now she also lied to Dr Cho about her own father she is desperate for money, as are Robert & maryellen as tgey are only part time teachers

Why would Robert DeLuca go to a SLEEP Dr for his 90 year old Dad? To get him on incapacitating medications! Robert should go to jail and face the abuse he has been giving out
Robert DeLuca is trying to kill his own father what an evil person he is, his wofe Lisa is worse

Dr Cho said he is experimenting on this man as per robert deluca
