What's a group of nefarious looking adult men up to in the trail tunnel under Colts Neck Road by the Hunter's Woods Wells Fargo? Hanging out weekday afternoons. Good place to avoid helicopters I would guess.

Yes, lots of nappy thugs, kinda scary. Most likely an open air drug market. Anyhow, it's too hot and humid to walk the beat. Best cruise the RTC area, make sure everything is ok up there.

Cops are too concerned busting kids for drugs and not concerned enough with stopping violent crime.
Easy to figure out why. Pot smokers are easy victims and rarely fight back. Violent criminals represent an actual danger. If you had the choice, which would you spend your time pursuing?

I used to hang out there. Most those guys, yea they are up to no good. Its not a drug selling spot though. Just a spot to chill and drink. Usually its just homeless guys with nothing better to do. If you really want to avoid trouble though I would just walk back up to the street instead of walking the tunnel. The only other thing is dont go at night as gang memebers are usually the ones there after hours.

Those tunnels are not safe, especially at night. If you do get jacked by those dudes you won't get any help from Reston police. They will blame you for walking at night. Reston police are the shittiest ever.

It's not just the "third world savages". A friend of mine was gang-raped by a bevy of "good ol' american" men and women--planned and executed "cartel style". That's what's right around you, and you don't even know it. There are these really strange groups, in Reston, who have plants in the police station, use "third world savages", and other former druggies, to do their dirty work. Shhhh! It's a secret! Watch out at those 12-step places, if you ever attend. That's where you'll find a good lot of them.
