storage facility selling bikes on sundays

Im talking about that shopping center across the street from Grainger. There is a storage facility there and every sunday someone is selling hundreds of bicyckes right out of the storage spaces. where would someone be able to get hundreds of used bikes? Are they stolen goods? that whole place is shady. what about the Unique Thrift Store? you can not tell me those people are a non profit organization. there is no way in hell

I've been wondering about this too. I've been trying to buy a bike off of craigslist for awhile and this place keeps coming up.
