The construction at the DL Metro Rail station has confounded riders since the construction workers are taking many parking spots from riders. This is happening so much so that rail commuters are being ticketed when they have to park "in violation" in their own commuting lot, because the early arriving construction workers take up too many spots.

Signs prohibit construction worker parking there, but there is zero enforcement of this.

Our cameras caught up with Metro police there while they ticketed riders and ignored construction workers. They got shy when someone pulled out their cellphone and filmed the activity.
