Good landlord for Alexandria/Del Ray historic apts?

I'm moving from Bklyn at the end of the summer and am already experiencing mild culture shock. My mission: find apartment listing for Old Town (it's called that for a reason, right?) that don't appeal to the plastic box-Home Depot- condominium crowd. Craigslist offers nothing. Google search only brings up the usual Century 21/Weichert slurry. Does anyone know anyone who speacializes in historic spaces/lofts/bungalows? I'm getting despondent.

You typed out despondent but abbreviated Brooklyn? You fucking dork. Beat feet around old town and find it the old fashioned way.

Culture shock? Around here, the reason that Old Town is called that is to keep your type out.
It's almost as expensive as Brooklyn (and snobby too)...you're better off with the "Century 21/Weichert slurry" from other parts of town.
