Seems Richard Sean Ryals has opened a new business by the name of American Landscaping Specialists. Google his name and get all the info you will need to never hire this landscaping thief!

Yes he has opened the company American Landscaping Company which is registered by a guy he is scamming with called Kurtice G Tysinger, 10682 Duet Court, Mansassa, VA 20112. The license number is 11L21072. The guy (Kurtice) is a skinny 60 year old with a hairdo he has dyed black. One of the vans they drive has a New Jersey License plate. I was just scammed by them for $4000 a month ago. Tore up my stone patio and never came back. Him and Sean Richard Ryals are crooks and are still on the prowl

Sorry to hear you were taken by this thief. Contact DPOR . Speak with Judy Duff. She is the investigator on the cases of this thief. It is a simple process. You file the complaint and they will do the rest. The more people who come forward, the quicker he goes to jail. Go to the Prince William County Courts website and put in his name. You will see he has been taken to court several times. His actions are now considered felonies. He goes to court tomorrow..hopefully, he will go to jail. Good luck!

Likewise, I was taken for $1100 as well in Sep 2011. It's time for Sean and Kurtice to go directly to jail. There actions are ridiculous. Any recommendations to bring these thiefs to justice. Does anyone has a number for the DPOR (Ms. Judy Duff, Investigator)?

The number for Judy Duff is 571-291-1595. Go to the DPOR website and file a complaint. Ryals is up for a jury trial in Jan. Hopefully, he will go to prison. It is a shame he has been up to this for years, and the county has done nothing.
