Perjuring Priest Bob Malm Tries to Keep His Discovery Responses Secret

One of the basic tenets of American jurisprudence is that litigation happens in the light of day. No secret courts, no Court of Star Chamber, no imprisonment by presidential fiat. Similarly, the hallmark of any well-run house of worship is transparency. Conversely, abusive churches invariably try to hide their misconduct from public view. So it comes as no surprise that perjuring priest Bob Malm now is trying to hide his discovery responses from public view.
Even worse, his attorney, Wayne Cyron, tries to mislead the court, suggesting that publication has somehow been previously enjoined by the court.

Given the evasive nature of perjuring priest Bob Malm’s discovery responses and the upcoming motion to compel full, complete, truthful answers, that begs the questions: What additional ugly stuff is perjuring priest Bob Malm trying to hide?

Things get uglier by the minute as we wade through Bob Malm’s misfeasance, malfeasance and nonfeasance.
