Bonetti v. Malm: Motion Under 231 Pa. Code § 1.99

Some time ago, Pennsylvania enacted legislation requiring attorneys to omit or redact certain confidential information, including social security numbers.

Despite that, perjuring priest Bob Malm’s attorney, Rachel Wenger, submitted confidential information in her pleadings. As a result, I have motioned the court to redact the relevant information, and asked for sanctions against Ms. Wenger. Further, I have notified defense counsel that future violations of confidentiality will result in the filing of a an attorney disciplinary complaint against her and co-counsel.

And your date of birth is 07/30/1964. Hmmmmmmm, someone who voluntarily posts their name, date of birth, social security number and home address on the web is either insane........ or ridiculously stupid.
