Leslie Malm and Lindsey Malm Anders Sued

Two of perjuring priest Bob Malm’s immediate family members now have been sued for defamation in separate legal actions. The defendants are Lindsey Malm Anders, a resident of Ohio and publisher of numerous instances of defamation per se and per quod here on Fairfax Underground, as well as multiple non-privileged defamatory statements to law enforcement officials. Similarly, Leslie Malm, Bob Malm’s wife and a resident of Marion Massachusetts, faces identical civil claims.

Because defamation per se permits imposition of punitive damages up to $350,000 per cause of action, I anticipate vigorously pursuing all legal remedies available to me.

Additionally, I anticipate that discovery will reveal that Bob Malm engaged in various fabrications in his discussions with the diocese, the parish and law enforcement officials.
