Richard Prendergast of Springfield VA is a THIEF that STEALS from WALMART, TARGET, CVS and other stores in Northern Virginia. He's a shoplifter and steals dvds and various other things via self checkout. He doesn't pay for all of his items. I would make sure to check every item on his receipts. I strongly suspect you’re telling the truth. Just be careful you don’t get sued for defamation. He sounds like the type to do it.
