Breaking News: Additional Lawsuit Against Grace Episcopal Church/School Now Under Consideration

Shortly after Christmas, I will be out of town for several days to meet with attorneys and other potential plaintiffs to a multi-party lawsuit against Grace Episcopal Church, Dysfunctional Bob and his family, the Episcopal Diocese of Virginia, vestry members (both as officers of the organization and in their individual capacities) and several specific members of the parish. Should a decision be made to proceed, I anticipate we will be filing in federal district court towards the end of January.

Nor is mocking the dying the sole example of just how toxic Grace Episcopal is. In the attached screen cap, a college-aged parishioner urges me to commit suicide.

Additional news: Based on our initial meetings with our attorneys, it looks like we will proceed with a lawsuit against the parish, vestry, Bob Malm and his family, the diocese, and several individual parishioners.

That said, there are a number of issues that remain to be ironed out, and a few questions that still need to be answered before a final go/no-go decision is made.
