The Virginia State Police have issued an All Points Bulletin for the man in the photograph below. He was last seen leaving the Safeway in Fairfax Towne Center carrying several parcels of undisclosed items where he quickly departed en route to an undisclosed location. According to a random passerby who declined to provide his name, 'The guy looked like that guy from Fairfax Underground, except, how can I say this? He just had, you know, well.... he just had a very terroristic look about him. It's hard to explain. I need to call my wife and make sure my family is safe."

Law enforcement officials have emphasized that this is an extremely dangerous individual. If you see him you are advised to shelter in place and notify the authorities immediately.
