Why the hell is there a helicopter circling over Landmark in Alexandria tonite?

Why the hell is there a (police) helicopter circling over the Landmark area of Alexandria tonite? It’s been flying donuts between Landmark Mall and Yokum Parkway since about 10pm. Nothing mentioned on Alexandria PD Twitter and nothing in the news.....yet.
