Determined to prove, once and for all, that Grace Church is toxic, and that Bob Malm has repeatedly breached confidentiality as mandated by church canons, Bob Malm’s most recent court filing is attached, in which he is trying to get discovery sanctions against me for allegedly lying during discovery.
Between these issues, and Bob Malm’s repeated lies to the court (that I was never admitted to practice law, that I didn’t serve as a police officer, and that I have violated the existing court order) as well as Bob’s references to me as “sick,” “twisted,” and “dysfunctional, as well as his efforts to drag my mother, dying of COPD, into court, this is one seriously screwed up church.
