Want to see just how toxic Grace Church is? Check out the memo below, which I sent to Bob Malm, about bullying conduct on the part of a church employee. The name is redacted to protect the guilty.

Bob’s response? “Thanks....this has been added to [the employee’s file].

And for this Grace Church pays Bob almost 200K a year? What a joke.
