Burglars of Woodbridge- Beware of the one living in Alexandria

Back in March, multiple arrests were made involving burglaries in the Prince William County, the criminals came from the City of Alexandria. Just wondering why Delonta Marquice BADIE, 25, of Alexandria was initially Charged with 5 counts of burglary and 5 counts of grand larceny (http://www.the-chesapeake.com/2014/04/03/cops-nab-burglars-woodbridge-burger-flippers-eligible-join-gang/) and eventually all charges where dropped against him only. Is he a informant for the Commonwealth? If so..watch out Alexandria...he will do anything to keep himself out of jail, even if that means not taking responsibility for all his actions and pinning it on others. You can do the crime but you cant do the time...

Are we safe as citizens with criminals who go around committing crimes like this but are put back on the street?

This child died in a one of his stolen cars that crashed.
Crashed into a home in Alexandria.
