Slept in today. Ate an apple already. Going to have one packet of oatmeal and a waffle and a mandarin orange.

Having a little cookout with some old friends and will be eating ribs and potatoes!

No potatoes but ate some ribs, and ground beef. Apples and mandarin oranges.

I was going to take the day off from doing any workouts but that's not happening. I'll be hitting the dumbbells and barbell and a little bit of time on the bike later, all HIIT!
