Church assets, including the trust fund and building, as well as individual member assets, including those of Bob Malm, are at risk in the current litigation.

I don’t think there’s too much to worry about on the Church’s side. The law is not black and white, and courts don’t tend to favor repeated, frivolous lawsuits that waste their time.
