Join Fairfax County’s Independent Living Project, a free seminar series along with exercise classes for strength and balance that help older adults remain independent. The program also offers professional home safety reviews. The next series is scheduled on Wednesdays, September 18-October 23, 1-3 p.m. at the Sherwood Regional Library, 2501 Sherwood Hall Lane, Alexandria.
