Alexandria has to be the most hostle place to do buisness in Northern VA. Smug, liberal trust fund brats running wild with there ordinances and rules that make the construction projects take 10 times longer to complete, and ten's of thousands more to finish.. Nobody wants to do buisness in your old rotting city, most of all the location really isnt that good either.. 600,000 for a two bedroom townhouse next to Potomac Yards.... Get over yourselfs

You sir are obviously a cracker without a clue, the location is perfect as is the population of ye old rte 1 outside the beltway.

What is this stuff i hear about landmark mall being rebuilt??? Landmark mall was a huge attraction to an already pointless city, and then........ Well if you live in the area you know what happened... They came, and never left...
