Lost Dog spotted in 22042

Hello,

A dog was spotted running around Carlton and Kincaid streets between Marshall and Sumerfield. I have attached a picture of the dog which I took from my car. This picture was taken at approximately 4:30PM on Wednesday, July 22, 2015. The dog appears to have a collar, tags, and also seemed to be wearing a harness, but that was tough to tell from the distance. When approached, the dog would run away, so getting to the dog was not possible.

Hopefully this helps the owner find their dog.
