Fairfax County is offering a free Chronic Disease Self-Management program on Mondays, August 4-September 8, 6-8:30 p.m. at the Fairfax County Health Department at Dar Al-Hijrah Civic Center, 3159 Row Street, Falls Church, VA. Topics include managing pain and emotions, using medication properly, communicating with health care providers, adopting exercise and nutrition goals and making informed medical decisions.
