Handycap parking ticket.

I was in the EDEN shopping Center and stop at Handycap parking to drop mywife,then the Cop blocked my car gave me ticket for parking at Handycap.
It is a $500 ticket,but I look at the ticket:he did not wrote the date on the ticket,that mean I still have to pay?
