2concerned (Scott Lehman) is the person doing thread attacks. It's an sql injection that is quite old, but exploits a weakness in cookie data on php forums.
I'm sure it'll all be stopped and corrected once the admin accesses the site again. My guess is, 2con has aquired admin capabilities and has banned Cary. Quite boring if you ask me.

Unless he has completely gone off the deep end, I doubt that it's Scott doing this. Scott would argue anything and everything ad infinitum ad nauseum, but he wouldn't just post 'Fuck the Northman' over and over. Not his style.
Whoever is doing this has a prodigious amount of free time on his or her hands and a juvenile sense of retribution. That smells like Pat, Eli, or lizzie. Of course, Pat and lizzie are not 'sophisticated' enough to know how to do this. But they know how to copy and paste code that may have been given to them by someone else. Eli is an all-around pain in the ass, but I don't think he has the all-consuming hatred that seems to have sparked these assaults.

A lot of the "What's My Website Worth" type sites value FFXU at around $10K based on the volume of traffic it gets, but you also have to evaluate what kind of traffic FFXU actually gets. Based on this, I severely discounted FFXU to a value of around $3K, because getting advertisers would be a tough sell for the new owner.
I doubt the Big C would be interested in selling at that price, and I also doubt anyone who has $3K to spend would think that FFXU would be a worthwhile investment.
