Incident on Frontier Dr

Around 1:45pm today I was heading down Frontier Dr towards the Metro station. On the right side, off the roadway between Spring Mall Dr and the parkway exit, there was a FFX County cop holding his pistol on a guy laying face down in the grass. He was a motorcycle cop and it looked like he must have jumped off his cycle and just let it fall....wasn't standing up. Anyone know WTH was going on?

Don't know, but my guess is the guy on the ground was a nigger with a criminal record

OP, why does your post convey so much shock and outrage? This is the 703 and this is 2012...this is how we roll and we're out of control. 40 years ago, police work consisted of telling people that what they were doing was breaking the law and the "criminals" would stop. FCPD didn't even carry guns or cuffs back then. What you saw today happens everyday here now...
