This is a no-brainer.

It doesn't factor in the demographic groups of illegals, who send all their money back home, & Welfare scammers who are about getting, not giving, & Muslims whose mindset is culturally foreign to the concept.

Why would any city resident want to donate a buck knowing some of it could go to the lamb center.
